Thank you for purchasing our digital products. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you are unsatisfied with the product; or you were unable to download or open the digital content (and westudyus.com was not able to rectify the problem); you are eligible for a full refund. If a refund is granted, you are prohibited from using the digital content thereafter.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If there is a delay in receiving your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
